2. Payment and Pricing Payment is collected in full at the time of the pre-order. This locks in your Founding Mother discount (if applicable) and ensures your place in the production queue.
3. Estimated Shipping & Delivery
- Target Delivery: Spring 2026.
- While we strive to meet our estimated shipping windows, the handcrafted nature of our products and international sourcing of heritage brands (Bamford, The White Company, etc.) may occasionally lead to shifts in the timeline.
- We commit to providing bi-weekly status updates via email regarding the production and transit of your order.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Pre-Shipment: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been monogrammed or shipped.
- Bespoke Items: Please note that once gold-leaf monogramming has been applied to your bag, the order is considered final and is no longer eligible for a standard “change of mind” refund.
